Once you’ve ordered your Pass, please remember to pick it up within 6 months (FUN loves company). It’s worth checking our website before turning up (just in case we’re closed).
Now for some important but unthrilling stuff. For starters, once you’ve bought your Merlin Annual Pass you can’t get a refund, or transfer it to someone else. For seconds (yum), boarding our rides and attractions does depend on their availability when you visit. We’d hate for you to be disappointed, so do please check the attraction’s operating calendar beforehand. Finally (drumroll), when you buy a Merlin Annual Pass you magically accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, which are waiting for your avid attention at www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/terms.
You know we mentioned exclusions? Here they are: during August or on Bank Holidays, your Standard Merlin Annual Pass doesn’t include the Coca-Cola London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, the London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and DreamWorks Tour Shrek’s Adventure! London. Also, it doesn’t cover Fright Nights at THORPE PARK Resort and other special events; the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle; the London Dungeon from 28th – 29th October; or the Coca-Cola London Eye on 14th February. It doesn’t include parking, either. None of these exclusions apply to the Premium Merlin Annual Pass. (Just saying.)
